A technique based, workshop style flow class for both the apprentice yogi and the novice; focusing on effective breath work, alignment and actions of the body, and simple meditation. All ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes welcome!

This fun, creative class is full of postures, transitions, and core work to detoxify and rejuvenate your mind, body, spirit connection and prepare you for the week! Enjoy 75 minutes of breath work, fluid movement, core integration and meditation for the advanced level yogi. Weekly Sunday evenings at 5:30pm!
This super fun, alignment based Fit-Camp is for the wellness prospect wanting to tackle their fitness and weight loss challenges. All classes are 60 minutes and will be taught with no equipment. All shapes, ages, and sizes welcome. Increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility. Improve coordination, circulation, and core stability.
Lengthen and decompress in this mindful and soothing stretch class for all bodies. Physical limitations, aches, and pains welcome.
Warm Yoga Flow is designed to utilize the heating elements in the room in addition to the temperature created by the breath to achieve deep pliability and recruitment of the musculature system to encourage decompression and stability while detoxifying the body of impurities by squeezing and soaking the organs and generating an abundance of sweat.

Yin Yoga is a sequence of postures that are executed on the floor and are held for longer periods of time, from 3 to 5 minutes. This style of yoga benefits the physical body by freeing up the tight connective tissue capsules that form around the muscles and joints. All levels welcome.
