Full Class Descriptions


20/20 CORE CHALLENGE (Free) 

This free weekly class is a rapid succession of 20 exercises performed in 20 core-strengthening minutes.  1 minute each.  You are welcome to pop in for this quick core workout, or use this time to get warmed up for our 8:30am yoga class. 


Basic Yoga Flow 

This Gentle Flow yoga practice is accessible to all levels and is ideal for anyone looking for a little revitalization. The sequences focuses on poses that will help you unwind such as hip openers, gentle lunges and twists.


Core & More Yoga Flow - Heated (75 min) 

A fun, creative sequencing of postures, transitions, and core work to stretch, squeeze, and soak out the weekend. This 75 minute class integrates breath work, asana, and meditation for the advanced level yogi. This class is heated. 


Fit-Camp 

This super fun, alignment based Fit-Camp is for the wellness prospect wanting to tackle their fitness and weight loss challenges. All classes are 60 minutes and will be taught with no equipment. All shapes, ages, and sizes welcome. Increase muscle tone, strength and flexibility. Improve coordination, circulation, and core stability. 

 

Focus & Flow (Beginners) 

A technique based, workshop style flow class for both the apprentice yogi and the novice; focusing on effective breath work, alignment and actions of the body, and simple meditation. All ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes welcome!
 

Full Figured Yoga 

This class is specifically designed for women who feel physically challenged by their voluptuousness/curves. Postures, transitions, and other elements of the practice are not only modified, but geared toward cultivating self acceptance and accessibility to yoga asana. 

 

Fusion Fit-Flow 

Fusion Fit-Flow is strength & alignment based flow series that will challenge your body as well as your mind. Be prepared with a yoga mat, towel & water for this 60 minute vigorous flow series. No shoes required.

 

Gentle Yoga 

Wind Down Wednesdays with a gentle yoga class aiming to reduce stress and relax the mind and body with breath work, meditation, and light, comfortable posture holds. 

 

Happy Hour Yoga Chakra Flow 

The Friday night Chakra Flow will develop your awareness to a specific Chakra every week. No class will be the same. Feel in tune with you body through asana's that represent that nights chakra selection. This is a non heated class & is 60 min.


Kid-Friendly Family Flow 

Parents and kids (ages 4 & up) practice together on Thursday evenings at 5:30pm. Children must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Regular class packages apply and can be shared with household. 

 

Kids Yoga (Ages 4-10) 

This fun and creative yoga class is designed specifically for focus & control by using basic stretching exercises, animated poses, breathing techniques and visualizations in a fun and safe environment for kids 4-10 years old. Storytelling with positive messages are also included. This class provides a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness and will naturally help your little yogi release stress and anxiety.


Mommy & Me Fitness 

Mommy & me group fitness class is designed for moms with little ones (ages 3 months - 3 years old). Each class is structured to help moms regain muscle tone & strength while bonding with their child. All children under 3 years old are free and welcome with a paying adult mother. Please bring tennis shoes, a yoga mat (not required) and your happy child.


Prenatal Yoga 

Much like other types of childbirth-preparation classes, prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.


Qi-Gong 

Qi-Gong is a practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation.With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts, and philosophy, Qi-Gong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance qi (chi) or what has been translated as "intrinsic life energy" and is generally accepted that Qigong exercises have three components: a posture (moving or stationary), breathing techniques, and mental focus on guiding qi through the body. This class is limited to 10 participants so reserve your spot in advance.


Senior Stretch

Lengthen and decompress in this fun and soothing stretch class for mature bodies. Physical limitations, aches, and pains welcome. Space is limited to 10 participants, register in advance to secure your spot! 

 

Senior Walk - Walking Club 

The Senior Walk is open to all who want to join our group of walkers. We meet at the studio and leave promptly at 7am. Be prepared to walk a mile down Hunt Club (or Wekiva) and a mile back. We follow the "No Man Left Behind" rule, so come on out and join the fun!

 

TRIBE RUN 

FREE weekly fun run with the Wekiva/Sweetwater community. All levels welcome for a 4-6 mile run. Meet at the studio to start on time. Then stay for the 8:30am yoga class! Must sign liability waiver in order to participate. 

 

Warm Yoga Flow 

Warm Yoga Flow is designed to utilize the warmth of heating elements in the room in addition to the heat created by the breath to achieve deep pliability of the musculature system to create space and detoxify the body of impurities by squeezing and soaking the organs and generating an abundance of sweat. 

 

Yoga Flow (Non-Heated) 

Enjoy a modern version of classic yoga sequencing. Instruction is innovative, fun, and technique based. Lengthen and strengthen the body; stimulate and clarify your mind; unite and enliven your spirit. 


Zumba 

Join us for a weekly exhilarating dance-fitness sensation! These fun "fitness-parties" blend upbeat world rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Come laugh, dance, and sweat with us!

 

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for longer periods of time, up to five minutes or longer per pose. A Yin Practice benefits the physical body by freeing up the tight connective tissue capsules that form around the muscles and joints. All levels welcome.
